Leather straps should be kept dry, while mesh and metal straps can be wiped gently. Quartz batteries generally last 2–3 years and should be replaced by a professional to maintain water resistance. With proper care, your watch will deliver lasting style and precision.
WARRANTY

Every Air Wings timepiece is crafted with care and comes with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond the rated resistance, or normal wear such as strap aging and scratches. For service, proof of purchase is required. Our commitment is to ensure your watch delivers lasting quality and reliability.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

All Air Wings timepieces are carefully packaged and shipped worldwide with tracking for peace of mind. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and will be provided at checkout. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, reliable experience from order to delivery.
